Who I Am and What I Do

As an IR consultant, I build transparent and effective communication between investors and their assets: I prepare and structure reporting, ensure timely access to key information, participate in negotiations, and represent investor interests at meetings and boards of directors.

I help investors make strategic decisions through numbers, analytics, and deep business understanding. I bring order to investment portfolios — from analyzing new projects to managing existing assets. I work personally, confidentially, as a partner at the board level.

• Higher financial education
• MBA in Investment Management, HSE (Higher School of Economics)
• 14+ years of experience in corporate finance
• Head of own financial consulting firm (management accounting, financial modeling, CFO-as-a-service, automation)
• Expert in financial modeling, management reporting, and business analysis
• Works with C-suite executives
• Conducts strategic sessions as financial advisor, director, and partner
• Business tracker and Skolkovo Foundation mentor
