How it works

• The team acquires a promising horse at a closed auction or from a breeder.
• Over 12–15 months the horse is prepared for international starts at the facility in Belgium.
• Once target results are reached, the horse is sold at auction — its value grows 5–10×.
• The profit is realised and shared between the team and the investor.

Terms for the investor

• Initial investment — from €5,000.
• Average profit per horse over 12 months — around €100,000.
• The investor receives 50% of the profit.
• Guaranteed return — up to 20% per annum (depending on the amount invested).
