History and Scale

1. Foundation and Location: Founded in 2022 by a group of entrepreneurs. The Fergana Valley (Uzbekistan) was chosen — the warmest and most fertile climate zone in the region, where premium paulownia can unlock 100% of its growth potential.
2. Government Support: We won an open electronic auction and secured a 30-year land lease with renewal rights, guaranteeing legal security and long-term planning horizons.
3. Capital Infrastructure: 230 hectares developed from scratch. We drilled artesian wells (180m and 220m deep), built water reservoirs, and implemented a high-pressure drip irrigation system connected to every individual tree.
4. Largest Bio-Fund: Over 150,000 elite trees planted — the largest paulownia plantation in Central Asia. The majority of the fund has successfully taken root and is in its third year of growth.
