More about the partner

FastForest is an investment-agricultural company specializing in the creation and management of industrial paulownia plantations. We offer a unique opportunity to diversify your portfolio through investments in a real, high-yield, and eco-friendly sector.

Our business model protects capital from inflation and generates fully passive income, while simultaneously restoring natural ecosystems. Investments are backed by a tangible physical asset — land and biological stock.

  • production of premium fast-growing timber (paulownia)
  • dual income strategy (primary forest + interim agricultural crops)
  • full turnkey plantation management (from planting to logistics and sales)
  • implementation of global ESG standards in the real economy

“Timber inflation is a long-term and sustainable macro trend. The tightening of environmental regulations, bans on logging traditional forests in Europe and Asia, and growing demand for lightweight eco-materials are creating a severe structural deficit in the market.”

Market Potential by 2030

Paulownia is rightfully called the “aluminum” of the timber world. It is 30% lighter than traditional wood species, resistant to decay, highly durable, and used in premium shipbuilding (yachts), aviation, furniture, and musical instrument manufacturing. Furthermore, a single tree absorbs 10 times more CO2 than ordinary forests.

Co-value Creation Model

01 Planting & smart care: The company takes full operational management of the plantations — from purchasing elite seedlings to implementing drip irrigation systems and growth monitoring. The investor’s time is not required.
02 Continuous cycle: Once a year, 1/7 of mature trees are planned for harvesting. This rotation creates a continuous seven-year sales cycle, eliminating plantation downtime.
03 Global sales: Harvested and processed timber is sold on international markets to wholesale buyers, providing partners with predictable annual payments in foreign currency, shielded from local economic crises.
04 Natural regeneration: Paulownia’s unique property is that it regenerates from its own root after cutting. This allows 4–5 full harvest cycles without needing to purchase new seedlings or pay for replanting, making the business exceptionally high-margin.

Solid Ground: Location and Infrastructure

Capital security is our top priority. We offer investment not in an idea or a paper startup, but in an already-operating, large-scale agricultural project. We have absorbed the highest startup-phase risks and have already done substantial groundwork.

Location and Legal Status

  • Region: Fergana Valley (Uzbekistan). This is the warmest and most fertile zone in the region, providing an ideal climate for maximizing paulownia growth rates.
  • Land rights: With government support, we won an electronic auction and secured land parcels under a 30-year long-term lease with renewal rights. Capital is protected for decades ahead.
  • Scale: The company manages more than 800 hectares of land. Of these, 230 are already developed. This is currently the largest paulownia plantation in Central Asia.
  • Legal security: Plantation ownership is structured through a Swiss JSC that holds the plantations. This guarantees investor interest protection and enables development planning for decades ahead.

Current Status (Already Completed)

  • Water supply: 2 proprietary artesian wells (180 and 220 meters deep) have been drilled and high-tech water storage pools have been built.
  • Irrigation: An automated drip irrigation system with high-pressure pipes has been installed, running individually to each tree.
  • Biological stock: More than 150,000 growing trees have been planted, increasing their capitalization daily. The majority have successfully taken root, are in their third year of growth, and will be ready for the first large-scale industrial harvest in 2029.

Important note on returns:

The investor receives the first return as early as the following year* after purchasing a stake. The stated target return from the sale of paulownia commercial timber is projected from 2029, when the forest reaches commercial maturity. However, the land does not sit idle: during the active tree growth period (2026 to 2029), we employ a multi-tiered farming strategy. High-margin fast-growing crops (capers and vegetables) are planted between the rows, generating early cash flow for investors before the main harvest.

*The target return, confirmed by payment statistics from early investors, reaches approximately 10% in foreign currency in the first year

* Exclusive bonuses (+10% plantation and early payments from 2026) are available only to registered IKRA platform participants. All return metrics are projected and depend on market timber prices. Partner income is directly proportional to their participation share.
